RAWDOG Reports · client reporting and rank tracking

Reports

White-labelled client reports, sent on a schedule from your own domain, with the month's losses printed next to the month's wins. Results — the rank tracking and the geo grid — is part of it.

Furthest along of the three products. It renders and it delivers. It is not on sale yet, because the store is not open.

The artifact

What the client opens.

A month of local search, assembled from live data at the cut-off, rendered on the agency's own domain and posted under the agency's own name.

Burst pipe repair fell five places and is out of the pack

Rank 6 to rank 11, and top-three coverage collapsed from 24 grid points to 6. Northwest Drain & Rooter added 41 reviews since June and now holds the three-pack everywhere inside 2.5 miles of the shop. This is printed here, on page 2, at the same size as the wins — because it is the first thing you will be asked about, and you should hear it from us first.

Northbeam Digital and Bayline Plumbing are the example agency and example client inside the design render. RAWDOG has no customers yet, so this is not a case study and none of these numbers are ours.

Six sections were on for this client, which is what the strip above the page counts. A seventh, competitor gap, is switched off in the app because the owner asked for it off in March. Sections are the unit you control. The rows inside them are not.

The part every other tool lets you hide

The report prints the losses.

Row four above is burst pipe repair. It fell five places and dropped out of the map pack. It is on page 2, in the same type size, on the same rule, as the two keywords that went up.

There is no toggle that turns it off. Not a setting nobody got round to exposing — there is no setting. An agency owner cannot make a decision from a dashboard that only goes up, and they already know it, which is why they stopped believing the last one.

The drop also gets a paragraph in plain English: what fell, how far, and who took the position. The client should hear it from you, on your schedule, in a document you sent, rather than from a competitor's cold email in November.

No row switch

A whole section can be switched off for a client, and in this render one is. What you cannot do is keep the section and drop the single row inside it that went the wrong way.

No softened chart

Six grid points out of forty-five draws a bar six grid points long. Nothing is rescaled, smoothed or re-based to make a bad month look flat.

No appendix

The loss sits on page 2 with the wins. It is not folded into a collapsed panel at the back that nobody opens, and it is not left out of the PDF.

White label

Sent from your domain, signed with your name.

Monthly, weekly or manual. Link, PDF or both. The from name, the reply-to address and the link domain are the agency's.

The producer, author and title fields in the PDF are rewritten on export, so a client who opens the document properties finds the agency there too. The tracking host is the agency's own. There is nothing in the file, the link or the sending address that says RAWDOG, and nothing to explain if anyone goes looking.

The data cut-off is a date you set. The numbers in the file are the numbers as of that date, and they stay that way after it is sent.

A report is only white-labelled if it is white-labelled in the metadata as well as the masthead. That is the whole feature.

Results · a section of RAWDOG Reports

Results is the rank tracking, and it is inside Reports.

It is not a fourth thing to buy and it has no price of its own. It is a section of the Reports navigation, and it is where the ranking numbers in the client report come from.

A local ranking changes block to block. The same query asked from the shop and from three miles south-east comes back with a different map pack, so a single average is a number that is true nowhere in particular. Results asks the question from forty-nine points across a five-mile square and prints all forty-nine of them.

Rank 1 is dark green and rank 9 is red. Eleven to twenty is dark red. Twenty and above is grey, because grey is the difference between ranking badly and not being there at all. Every marker prints its own number, so the reading never depends on colour.

How to read a marker

2
Rank 1–3In the map pack. Green. The only ranks a searcher sees without scrolling.
7
Rank 4–9Found, below the pack. Yellow through orange to red.
15
Rank 10–19Indexed, not seen. Dark red.
24
Rank 20+Effectively absent. Grey, not red — grey is what separates ranking badly from not being there at all.
1
The shopBayline's own address, double‑ringed at the centre of the scan.

Red to green carries the rank and the number is printed inside every marker, so the reading never depends on colour alone.

The grid and its legend, lifted from the Results screen. The basemap is OpenStreetMap tiles, so this crop needs a network connection to draw the streets; the markers and their ranks are in the page itself. Bayline Plumbing is the example client in the render, not a customer.

The grid prints to the edge. Nothing is cropped back to the part that looks good: the five grey markers, every one of them out past the two-and-a-half mile ring, sit on that map at the same weight as the eleven green ones in the middle.

In that scan the shop owns the inner mile and slides into the teens and twenties past three. Eleven of the forty-nine points put it in the map pack and every one of those sits inside 1.9 miles. The average of 9.1 flatters it. The 26 out to the south-east is the number the client finds the first time they search from a job site out there, and it is the reason an average on its own is not worth sending.

The same five queries that print in the client report, and the same minus five. The tracking and the reporting are one application, so the number in the table and the number in the PDF cannot disagree.

Bring your own keys

It runs on your keys, on your machine.

Reports installs on your PC. You add your own API keys in settings, and they stay on that machine.

Your keys are never sent to our servers and never held in our database. Each one is validated by making a real call when you add it, so you find out it works at the moment you paste it rather than the morning a client report fails to send. When a key is missing, wrong or out of quota, the app names the key that failed and what to do about it. There is no generic error and no silent fallback to a thinner report.

There is no usage counter. No credit balance, no scan limit, no per-location line item. Not a generous allowance — there is no meter in the product to read. Your scans run on your quota, which is the only reason the word unlimited can be used here honestly.

Stored locally

Keys live on the machine that runs the app. Nothing is proxied through us, so there is no key of ours between you and the data you paid for.

Validated for real

Every key is tested with an actual call when it is entered. A field that accepts anything without testing it is a defect, not a feature.

Nothing to meter

Unlimited clients, unlimited locations, unlimited scans. Seats are the only thing that changes the price, and an agency that doubles its client list pays the same.

What actually works today · 31 August 2026

Reports renders and delivers. It is still not on sale.

Both halves of that sentence are true and neither one gets the smaller type.

What exists

The report assembles, renders as a web page and as a PDF, and delivers on a schedule. The exported PDF carries no vendor metadata: producer, author and title are the agency's. Of the three RAWDOG products this is the one that exists as software rather than as a plan, and it is the furthest along by a wide margin.

What does not

The store that takes the money is not open, so nothing on this site can sell you anything today. There is no download link on this page because there is nothing to download yet. Sites and Stacks are two planning documents each and no code. Closest to shipping is not shipped.

No launch date is printed here because none has been set. No trial, no refund policy and no support commitment are printed here for the same reason.

The price · RAWDOG Reports

The dearest of the three, and here is why.

Reports is furthest along, it is the one thing your client actually holds in their hands, and rank tracking is a line item most agencies already pay two separate vendors for.

Solo · 1 seat

$79/mo
or $790/yr — ten months, two months free

Agency · 5 seats

$159/mo
or $1,590/yr — ten months, two months free

Reports is also in the Full Kit with Sites and Stacks: $149/mo or $1,490/yr for one seat, $299/mo or $2,990/yr for five. Annual is ten months, which is the only discount on this site. Seats are the only growth axis: not locations, not clients, not keywords, not scans.

The store is not open. Nothing on this site can take money today.
