RAWDOG Stacks

Stacks builds and maintains the tiered property network that points at a client's site, and keeps every property, every anchor and every loss on one screen.

The screen

Tier one touches the money site. Nothing below it ever does.

Power flows up and risk flows down. Only the tier one properties link at the client's domain; tier two links at tier one, tier three links at tier two. When a property gets burned it costs you that property, and the client's domain never had a link from it to lose.

The properties that died are drawn at full size, in place, underneath the ones that are working.

Bayline Plumbing

Forty-one live properties across twelve hosts. Only the six Tier 1 properties ever touch bayline‑plumbing.com — everything below points at the tier above it, so a burned property costs you a property, never the client's domain.

Power flows up, risk flows down. A Tier 3 property that gets burned costs you a Tier 3 property. The money site is only ever touched by the six Tier 1 properties, and those six are the only ones a human opens by hand every week.

The approved design for the Stacks topology screen, drawn here at full size out of the same stylesheet the app uses. Bayline Plumbing is an example client inside a design render, not a customer — RAWDOG has none yet, and no code has been written for Stacks.

The anchor mix

The anchor ratio is on the screen, not in somebody's head.

Anchor text is the part of link building that gets people penalised, and it is almost always managed by memory. Stacks counts every anchor it has ever placed, sorts them into branded, naked URL, partial match and exact match, and draws the ceiling as a line on the bar.

In the design below the exact-match share has gone over that ceiling. The app says so in the loudest thing on the card, states the number it is over by, and says what it will do next and how long that will take.

RAWDOG StacksAnchor distribution · example client Approved design

Anchor distribution

Exact hot
Branded 24 41.4%

“Bayline Plumbing” · “Bayline Plumbing Portland” · “Bayline”

Naked URL 15 25.9%

“bayline-plumbing.com” · “bayline-plumbing.com/water-heater-repair”

Partial match 13 22.4%

“emergency plumber in Portland” · “Portland water heater repair”

Exact match 6 10.3%

“burst pipe repair portland” · “drain cleaning portland” · “water heater repair portland”

Exact match is over the ceiling

10.3% against a set ceiling of 8.0% — the white tick on the bar. Exact-match anchors are frozen: the scheduler will rewrite any it is handed until the ratio drops back under 8.0%, which takes 17 more non-exact links, about six weeks at 12 links a month.

The uncomfortable half

Dead properties stay in the table.

Every link tool you have used quietly drops a property once it stops passing anything, which is how a stack that is leaking still looks like a stack that is compounding. In the table below the deindexed, the suspended, the sandboxed and the one whose link the host strips on save are in the same list, at the same size, sorted the same way as the ones that work.

Five properties are dead or stalled and they are printed here at the same size, in the same table, in the same order as the forty-one that work. Hide them and the stack looks like it is compounding when it is actually leaking — and you keep paying for hosts that stopped passing anything in July.

The approved design for the properties table. Bayline Plumbing is an example client inside a design render, not a customer, and none of these properties exist. The table scrolls sideways inside this frame; the page does not.

Bring your own keys

Your keys, your machine, and nothing counting.

Stacks runs on the API keys you already pay for. You paste them into the settings screen the first time you open the app, and they stay where you put them.

Stored locally

The keys are written to your own PC. They are never sent to our servers and they are never held in our database, because there is nothing for us to hold them in.

Validated for real

Each key is checked with an actual call, not a format test. When one fails, the app names the key that failed and what to do about it, instead of a red box that says invalid.

Nothing meters you

There is no usage counter, no credit balance and no scan limit anywhere in the product. Post as often as the hosts will take, on as many properties as you like.

What exists today · 31 August 2026

Stacks is not built yet. Two planning documents, no code.

The three screens above this line are the approved design. They are not a running build, they are not a beta, and there is nothing to download. They are on the page because the design is finished and you deserve to see what you are being asked to wait for.

Stacks

Two planning documents. No code yet. Being built.

Sites

Two planning documents. No code yet. Being built.

Reports

The only one close to shipping. It renders and it delivers, and the PDF carries nothing identifying the vendor.

The store

Not open yet. Nothing on this site can take money today.

Printed at the same size as everything else on the page, because a fact that only appears in small print at the bottom is a fact somebody hoped you would miss.

The price

One price for the agency. Never one per client.

Every competitor bills you per location, so the client you won last week arrives as a new line on your own invoice. Stacks installs on your PC. Seats are the only thing that grows the bill.

Stacks Solo

1 seat

$69/mo

or $690/yr — ten months, two months free

  • One seat, one PC. The licence binds to that machine.
  • Unlimited clients, properties and posts. Nothing in the app counts them.
  • Your own API keys. Stored on your machine, never on ours.
  • No usage counter, no credit balance, no scan limit.

Stacks Agency

5 seats

$139/mo

or $1,390/yr — ten months, two months free

  • Five seats. Five machines on one account.
  • Everything in Solo. Same software, same limits, which is to say none.
  • Hand a client to Reports. Every app exports in a documented, versioned format the other apps import, so nobody retypes a client.
  • Double the client list and the bill does not move. Hire, and it does.

Stacks is also in the Full Kit with Sites and Reports: $149/mo or $1,490/yr for Solo, $299/mo or $2,990/yr for Agency. Annual is ten months either way. That is the only discount on this site.

The store is not open, so nothing here can take your money today. It opens when Reports ships.
